Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped from our fulfillment center.
If the order was prepaid, the full amount will be refunded upon successful cancellation. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to care@krinishmasala.com within the specified time frame, mentioning the reason for cancellation.
Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. However, it may take approximately 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Returns & Refund Policy
As our products are consumable in nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, you may request a full refund. To do so, please email us at care@krinishmasala.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the item received.
Refund requests will only be considered if the product is:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Properly sealed
Please note that all requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to decline a claim after evaluating the provided details.
Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- The product has been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- The item has been opened, used, or modified
- The request is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
